B.J talked about how hard Jordan worked even in practice. This is unheard of for basketball players especially in this day and age.
I was amazed to hear B.J describe how hard Michael worked. He was not concerned with getting tired or shorting his career. He was motivated and determine to be the Best. Well he is known today as the Best Basketball Player and maybe athlete of all time.

We Make Burgers!!!
Spending time and hard work building your company infrastructure is going to be very important as well. Think about this. It 's 11:30 and here comes the mid day rush. Where are all these people coming from? Well they heard about your world famous Crinkle fries and your Wamma Jamma Slamma Burger. It was finger licking good said one Review.
Your advertising and marketing efforts were wisely executed. This is what you wanted right? You are a success! But wait a minute. We are almost out of Hamburger buns and Crinkle Fries. We have just enough to maybe get through lunch and maybe a slow dinner rush.

The Power of your Goals: Nuclear Fuel
You have heard it said before and it is so very true. The Dynamism of our goals cannot be understated. This can be seen in the custom of workers bringing a picture of their loved ones and sitting them on their desk while they are at work.
I might not love my job but I love my family. I love my spouse or my child. They are the reason why I am working so hard. They are the reason why I am working late hours. Well having great goals for yourself will help you put a face to why you are building your Business.
Because many times our Goals point right back to the reason why we started our Business in the first place. Most times the reason why people start a business is their families, their children, or a cause that is close to their hearts.
Of course at different times in their lives it could just be that they want to be the best! They hear a call in their heart to be the best in what they do. Maybe you just have a gift and your business is your way to express it. Maybe you just want to make a lot of money and be secure in your life. Go on awesome vacations and drive the finest cars.
Ok write those goals up. Put a picture up in your home or in your office. So that you remember why 5, 6, or 7 days a week you are spending time launching this company. One day this will all pay off.
What good is hard work if you never reach your goals in a business setting? So for me my goals go right along with my hard work. It really enhances my push for excellence. It helps me to overcome the fear of failure and rejection that comes with going into unchartered territory.
